This report provides information about the elements of case management, intake, and assessment programs that are often specified in current standards or bid specifications. Observation of current practices, a literature review, and key informant interviews were used to develop recommendations for the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio to develop bid specifications for the Butler County ESP. |
