A student success librarian discusses the value of a move to integrate librarians into campus-wide systems for student success, including the University’s Integrated Planning and Advising for Student Success (IPASS) system. Following a successful campaign for librarian inclusion, student success librarians now work in collaboration with campus partners and outreach to at-risk students in new ways.
